“This is a new location for Lindberg Flooring and Home Contracting Services. I am a realtor, real estate investor and landlord and I have used Lindberg Flooring and Home Contracting Services few times, when I needed to have properties I bought, prepared for sale or lease and tenant change over. Most of the repairs have been TLC work, tiles, carpet, paint, in other words, minor repairs and I have always had good workmanship rendered. I particularly like to work with Ms. Delores Ludwig when planning the work needed, she has good suggestions and is always concerned about cost. January 2018 I reached out to her for a major remodeling, which included demolish all bathrooms and kitchen, nothing left except the walls, floors and ceilings throughout the property. She worked out with me a different layout design for the kitchen, because both of us did not like to have it the same design as before and it came out beautifully. Once everything was done, I was very pleased with the outcome, the property looked like a new property. What was even better, the property went under contract for sale the day it was entered on HAR MLS. Buyer pulled out the following day, five days later, it was under contract again by different buyer and closed three weeks later. I have a property I bought in November 2018 and Lindberg Flooring and Home Contracting Services will be doing the work on this property. I would recommend Lindberg Flooring and Home Contracting Service, if folks like good workmanship, at a reasonable price.”
