(February 15, 2019, 7:53 am)For us at least (we live in the burbs), the time we "scheduled" to have my mom's Pixel battery replaced was never going to work. But after multiple back and forths they did find a time for us and the repair went without a hitch. Their Pixel technician (forget his name) was great.

(October 3, 2018, 11:48 am)Josh- The T-mobile off of Pasadena blvd was extremely helpful and patient today. He answered all my questions and was friendly. I loved his friendly demeanor. This is exactly the reason I've stayed with T-Mobile for so long!
(September 8, 2018, 5:14 pm)I was always a little unnerved by customer service. We were ready to switch mobile providers. However, our third time to walk in the store in 2 weeks, Josh was there and is great!! We had some ongoing issues while changing the account over to my husbands name to take advantage of the military discount Tmobile offers. After 4 visits to the store he gave us his personal number in case we lost service again while out of town. He eventually resolved all the issues and got us a discount for the hassle. If you go to the store, Josh is by par the best representative to assist!!
