“This is a great HEB. It's very large and not crowded feeling. All the food looked fresh and clean. The atmosphere is that of a long standing well established grocery store. The tortilla making station is in a place that's more nestled in than I'm used to but, was still happy they had one. They have what looks like newer carts than other HEB's. They are differently shaped; I find it more efficient rather than larger.”

“MANAGEMENT; give the guy and girl that we’re working February 20th night a raise. They did an amazing job. It was my first time trying nitrogen ice cream and they went above and beyond to explain the process to me. Also, they immediately after every single ice cream they made cleaned the whole ice cream bar area. A+!! On top of that the ice cream is delicious. Yum! I would definitely make sure to stop in when I come visit this side of town.”

Their prices are reasonable, considering that they have experienced, licensed, professional technicians and use top quality equipment and components. They recently did a very difficult and complex replacement of the 17-year-old HVAC unit in my condo and the work was perfect. In fact their installation was so good, that another company had to come in and look at our new unit to learn how Fairmont did some of the complicated parts of the installation! Recommended.”

“A very nice truck stop. They could use more parking, but you can say the same about most truck stops, pumps are older & long lines for fuel, especially Monday through Friday. Having said that, this Loves is very clean, and the staff is polite, cheerful & helpful. The bathrooms, as well as the rest of the store, are sparkling clean. Considering how busy this place can be, I’m impressed with the staffs efforts to maintain and present a clean, sanitary environment for truck drivers.”

“Outstanding customer service. In this day, customer service has become almost extinct, so it was refreshing to have experienced the service I received twice at this Starbucks. The man working the drive through deserves recognition and a raise, unfortunately I did not get his name. He was the epitome of patience with me as I do not visit often. Two separate times I went through the drive through, and he was working and helped make my visit that much better! He was polite, caring and informative. Can't tell you how frustrating it is when an employee doesn't have the knowledge of the company they work for or the product they are selling. Will definitely be a regular thanks to him!”
