(February 11, 2019, 12:50 am)It was fine. It seemed like a normal Brooklyn style pizza. I dont really understand the hype I have heard about it, and the pizza was overall bland. Too soft in the middle and too hard on the outside to properly fold.
(January 31, 2019, 6:17 pm)The atmosphere is very inviting and not too crowded. Order setting is available and very comfortable. The server was polite, professional and informative. The pizza was fantastic. I have had pizza from wood fired ovens however this was my first time eating pizza from a customer fired oven. There was no overwhelming smoke taste, just a natural smokey hint. The pizza was consistent throughout and not soggy in the middle and dry on the edges. We completely enjoyed our visit and will bring guests in the future.

We ordered the Four Cheese pizza ????.
It was a bit heavy on the oil, though that was expected so we couldn't finish it. Tasted good, though I'd prefer red sauce pizza. Only other thing was an odd strong herbal pesto like flavor that would randomly overwhelm the senses... Wasn't very pleasant.
He service was good. They only had us after all. Haha
Grimaldi's is still my go to pizza place. Just needs a little work on the 4cheese.
(January 11, 2019, 11:00 am)The server was nice and courteous. This is one of the few places where my family and I order salad, and it was great once again. Oh, and the pizza was good as well.
