“I love going to used book stores. At Jem it is small quiet and though some of the books are a little outdated they do have a decent amount of newer material. They have Manga, YA books, and adult fiction choices that are newer. (within the last two decades) I would have given them five stars but when you go to visit there are constantly piles of books everywhere and it is a little disorganized. I don't mind this and I feel like it adds to the charm of the store but when I brought my mother to enjoy it with me she had trouble navigating the walkways and I could see this being troublesome for some older/elderly patrons.”

Always helpful, she stays focused on my account each time I have worked with her Over the last few years, until I am taken care of with all my needs. Appreciate that she follows back up with me as time does get away throughout the day for me, and I have moved all my coverages to a multi policy. Customer service is not a priority for many places now days and I am glad to say this location has not forgot that.”

“Todd was very professional and sociable. We have worked with Todd before, which is why we called them back to help us replace our rain gutters. The price was very reasonable and the work was better than the original. The new rain gutters made our house more attractive and the work was done in less than a day. They took away all the debris and color matched the new gutters to our house. We will certainly call Brinkmann again if we need help with our roof!”
