“This location was better than others I have visited. Found a few reasonable things here. I didn't interact with staff accept when leaving. I used the app on my phone to scan and pay, so I didn't use a register, just showed the Receipt list on my phone to exit. I don't like that I have to be stopped and reviewed after purchasing products. However, it is a club and part of the member agreement, unlike stopping in @ Wal-Mart where I have no agreement and usually ignore and avoid the "greeter" when leaving with my purchases property.”

“Replaced one unit and all duct work, which was very old (falling apart) and not sized properly. Price was in line with other estimates. Very good I stall at ion experience. Service after the sale. Company responded quickly to a failure, which turned out to be another problem with our houses electrical service panel (old and corroded). Repair person explained everything. Would highly recommend. On a second home they inspected complete unit and determined outside compressor had a large leak. This unit had a recall 10 years ago. They explained options and priced replacement. I decided to replace inside coil unit as well, but they helped me make an educated decision. Unit cools terrifically.”
