Leasing at Bauer Landing by LGI Living

Our maintenance man, Johnny, is amazing. He goes above and beyond to take care of us. We love living here!

This a great neighborhood for starter homes and small families. We moved in around August 2021 and have enjoyed every moment while living here. The rental homes are brand new so they will have problems arise, but that is no problem for the Super-star maintenance man, Johnny Cantu. One of the things I feared about being in a rental home was the lack of maintenance provided, but my doubts were put to rest. Johnny reviews maintenance requests submitted through the resident portal almost instantly and provides updates and ETA's. There have been several times when Johnny has been in the neighborhood and he is more than happy to answer a quick question or take a look at something I may think is wrong. I have learned so much about being a homeowner and what to look for when fixing common household issues because Johnny doesn't only fix, he informs me what is wrong and what/how he is fixing it. LGI is lucky to have someone who is so passionate about helping others and makes sure that their living situation is nothing but the best.

Early in our lease but very pleased with the decision we have made. Not only is it a great, quiet place to live but it has exceptional management. Whitney made our leasing experience a breeze and any minor issue that’s needed addressing has been promptly taken care of by Johnny who is very nice and professional every time.

Nice neighborhood! Lived here for six months. Whitney is very helpful and professional. Same for Johnny, always eager to help and dependable when ever you are in need. My family and I are very happy we landed here, with nice neighbors and leasing representatives like Johnny and Whitney. I can definitely recommend staying here!
