(June 23, 2018, 11:55 am)My experience with Real Property Management involved a beautiful townhouse in The Woodlands, Texas. The agent, Brandi Guillory, was professional and courteous. She facilitated two viewings of the property, as well as handled the application and paperwork approval quickly. Communication was very responsive with the agent and office staff. I was unable to move to the property and expected to lose my deposit. This company went above and beyond by refunding my deposit! The experience exceeded my expectation and brought me to tears. Totally amazing!

Although it was Memorial weekend, she responded very quickly, showed us the property on Sunday and helped us with our application on that Monday, when she was off!!! She answered all of our questions very quickly, through email and text. She’s definitely been a great help and has made this an easy and smooth process for us.

Bob has provided very responsive advice on maintenance and repairs balancing cost and tenant comfort.
Kim provides timely advice and support on tax assessments saving us considerable amount in tax costs each year.
The back office support team is always quick to provide any particular tax expense report necessary along with quick answers on questions I may have on billing.
Honest, professional, pleasant, and prompt are the best way to sum up Houston RPM. -

Christie Keith is the person that I've contacted for everything regarding our new condo. From keys to parking space to paperwork Christie has gone above and beyond to make sure we have all the information we need and to make our transition friendly, efficient and peaceful. She is a great asset to their team. She ALWAYS calls you back, is sweet and friendly and if she does not know the answer of your questions she makes sure to give you a call back with the information. She is amazing!!!! This is my first experience working with a property management company and it has been beyond excellent. I am yet to use their services to put in a work order but I am sure it will be as pleasurable as my previous experiences with them. Again, if you are going to contact them and need a person with amazing customer service skills call Christie!!!
