From start to finish, they were accommodating and informative - they explained to me the whole process and made things as smooth as possible. Job was finished in superb time! Chris Pimentel was excellent in handling new customers like myself; Professional, courteous, and dedicated, his service shows what a great place Caliber Collision is. Highly recommended for the next time you'll need autowork done.
(November 6, 2018, 1:03 pm)Their facility is nice and clean, the employees are friendly and the service was fantastic. There is an Enterprise inside so that made my life much easier. I got texts with updates on my vehicle and calls from Enterprise making sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this location.

Everyone at Caliber Collision Southwest freeway does an awesome job at making you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. IF I ever am involved in another collision, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to this location!
(September 15, 2018, 5:49 pm)Service here is great, haven't had any problems. They always help me with any issue. I've had with my vehicle. Was there this past week, got helped by Thomas. He was very helpful, acknowledged with, what I needed help with. Other employees there were helpful, asking if I had been helped or just need water or a snack. Even though other customers were annoyed by it, I can tell. As everyone that kept coming from there offices, kept asking. You must take into account that they don't know if you've been asked already or even been helped yet so they're just doing their job. I have no complaint's.
(July 12, 2018, 6:32 pm)Fantastic work and great customer service! Val was my representative and he was very helpful. They completed all my body work on schedule and even dropped my car off at work for me at the end of the day.
