This place in comparison to the other apartments around Houston is considerably safe. They have a cop at night to give you comfort. The rent is affordable.. I have been living here for almost one year. The receptionist and property manager are quick to resolve any issues I have. The neighbors are good. I have amazon leave stuff at my front door and never got anything stolen..”

Restaurant owner makes and serve by own and sometime service can be delayed but that is just fine. They also serve combo with fries and drink but you can order sandwich only.
