(January 7, 2019, 7:57 am)The technician taking the final measurements helped walk me through the measurements and final understanding of out the shutter would work when installed. This also helped us capture an error made in the order regarding the divider rail.
The installation occurred the date that was set during the final measurements and the Tech (Adam) kept in communication with me around the time of arrival. Adam did an excellent job installing the shutter and there was no messy evidence he had been there as some installations create! He inspected the shutter as he installed an identified some blemishes in the paint and came up with resolution before I was even aware there was a problem.
The shutters look great!

(December 8, 2018, 2:32 pm)I absolutely love my new blinds by Rockwood Shutters! I replaced some of my old aluminum blinds with some beautiful faux wood ones! The whole process was great - from setting up the consultation appointment with the designer, meeting with the designer, and having the blinds installed. The designer was very nice and professional, answering all my questions and not trying to upsell the product at all. And the installer was also very nice and professional - he really knew what he was doing - great installation job! If I need any more blinds in the future, I will definitely use Rockwood again!!!
