(December 12, 2018, 8:47 pm)Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff. Close to public transportation, like the train, which made getting to and from downtown super easy. We visited close to Easter. Staff decorated the breakfast area for the kids, and as a grandparent, I thought this was very sweet. Parking is behind a secured gate, which I liked. I would stay there again.
(December 6, 2018, 9:31 pm)It is your typical Hampton Inn. The staff were very nice. I was disappointed by the Digital Key here, normally it works great but it was very sporadic at this location. I ended up just getting a normal key card. The room looked a bit run down. There were chips in some of the paint and the HVAC was EXTREMELY loud. Parking was not free but it was hated so that was nice.
(November 15, 2018, 6:37 am)Great hotel in the medical center offering a shuttle service. Breakfast is free and has a lot of variety - the waffles are pretty good. They also have happy hour on weekdays and offer complimentary snack bags on your way out the door for the day.
Very nice and personable staff. Clean room. Great location.
(October 30, 2018, 7:03 pm)It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The people go the extra mile to ensure the customer is pleased. I can go to or call the front desk anytime, day or night, the staff is always ready to serve.
Oh yes, the breakfast bar is fantastic, clean, and always plenty of healthy food.
