Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Virtuo! The pros outweigh the cons for sure. I loved the community engagement events, maintenance is typically timely in their responses, and the complex is fairly clean. Vehicle vandalism is unfortunately an issue but living off of OST, it is to be expected. Considering the area, the owners should have put further consideration into security outside of a lazy contracted security guard.
The fire alarms is an issue pretty inconsistently, there was collectively 7 days out of the year I've lived here that the fire alarms went off without notice. The power does go out pretty often during storms, and you are effectively stuck either inside or outside your apartment. The gates will automatically open, but unfortunately once you leave the building you cannot get back in.
