“They have helped us out twice. After the oil change, the car battery gave up the ghost and would not start. They gave it a charge, got it started, instructed my wife NOT to shut it down and sent her directly to Sam's Club for a new battery. Today, after having had an oil change done by a friend a couple of weeks ago, I spotted oil on the garage floor. Took the car directly to them. They found the oil filter to be loose, tightened it, cleaned off the oil mess, and added 1/2 a quart to top it off. Did not charge me for either times they came to our rescue. They are very honest, and get you in and out quickly. They have never tried to sell me an air filter or anything else I did not need or want. Many, many thanks to Barker Cypress Oil Change. You guys rock!”
