Second time getting glasses for my daughter and first time for myself!! Service is awesome I have no complaints!! They are very helpful!!

I got my glasses yesterday, it was just perfect. Mona, went out of her way to help me get my first glasses in the states. In addition to her great attitude, she was professional and helpful. I really was very happy and satisfied with my experience and really thankful for my eye doctor, Imtiaz Chaudhry, for recommending Target.

I would like to say this place has good customer service. I had a complaint about how my glasses got a small dent in it when they did the fitting. Also one side still felt off. I only noticed it when I got home as I sat them on the table. As I examined it closely I noticed a bend at an unorthodox location. I called almost immediately after seeing that. They didn’t try to give me the run around. They told me they would try to fix it at the store and if they can’t, they would reorder the frames. When I went back they were able to Straighten the frames almost perfect and fit it to my head. Unfortunately they could not remove the dent caused. So they reordered the frames. When I went back they changed the frames out and let me have the second case!! The first one I got was a bit clunky. This one was smaller and better..I would definitely recommend them to my family.
