  Had to rent a vehicle while my car was in the shop, they didn’t have the type of car I wanted right away but there was one available the next day and they were so great to come out to my job and bring it to me as I couldn’t make it back to the shop. Overall very easy to work with and they matched my ins rate so I didn’t have to pay for anything out of pocket. Will definitely rent with them again if I ever need to

  I am baffled to read the negative reviews on this page. People can be so inconsiderate. If you damage someone else’s property then you must pay for it and that is why you present your insurance when you rent a car. I rented a car last week for a family vacation in Houston and their rates were lower than other rental car agencies. With all the big trucks in this city windshield chips are unavoidable. I returned the Camry with a rock chip on the windshield and I obviously knew that they would file a claim through my insurance company. My insurance company called me right away and made me aware that the rental car company had a rental agreement with my signature along with before and after pictures which meant that they had enough proof to prove I indeed damaged the Camry. My insurance company told me that based on the evidence they were forced to pay out the claim. I was not very content about it but I am a very honest person and I know I did cause damage to the car. I managed to get a hold of Elizabeth from Ameri Rent A Car just to go out the claim and she was very sorry that she had to file a claim but made me aware that the insurance company sent out an adjuster to check out the damage therefore the payment issued to them from my insurance company was based on a legit appraisal, this made me feel much better as I didn’t understand how my insurance company came up with payment amount. If you are an honest person please know that you are renting someone else’s property therefore If you damage it you will pay for it somehow. Also there is no such thing as a “fraudulent claim” insurance companies don’t issue payment unless there is proof- I can tell you this as I went through the process. I will definitely rent from this company again!

  I recently used their car rental services and I would like to say it was the best choice I could have made. Ameri Rental provided me with great customer service and professionalism. I strongly recommend people to rent from them if they would like to have a great experience.
