I have had a storage here since Harvey and everyone is nice and friendly. The customer service is great haven't had any problems. I like that they call and remind me of my up coming payment. Very easy access to pay online.

The storage space was just the right size for my needs and for the price I was very pleased. The staff person Lazondron was very helpful and answered all my questions. This was the first time I rented a storage unit and I will be using and recommending Public Storage again.

Stopped by Sunday to talk about my bill with one of the employees. Lauren was super helpful and reassuring about the issues I stated. She explained why I owed that amount and over all was very understanding. I thank you so much public storage for having great employees.
