He was a very courteous, professional sales representative, and even though my insurance didn't cover the job, he gave me a cash quote that I felt was very fair and reasonable. Even though I was very satisfied with their work and recommended them to others, my neighbor who needed a new roof as well, chose to go with someone else and their crew left a mess and nails all over their yard, even into my driveway. I was glad I went with OS because they cleaned up so well after themselves and did a quality job.”
