(January 11, 2019, 7:10 pm)I am a currently an attendee at this gym its a great place to workout, the classes are decently sized and the instructors are hands on. They are on top of people to help them avoid injury by teaching proper lifting methods. If you are looking to lose some weight or are looking for a place to make those gains this is the place to be.

(October 15, 2018, 6:39 pm)Best gym I’ve ever been to!!! Love the classes. The atmosphere is really good ,everyone focused on their goals. I’ve actually learned on how to work out the correct way by focusing on my form. And I am definitely seeing results!!!!
(August 7, 2018, 9:20 am)I have been coming to this gym for the past few months. I love the size of the classes, the class times, the trainers, and the people that go to the gym. The classes allow for a more personal training from the coaches and makes the experience that much better. I feel stronger and more knowledgeable in my health and fitness. They not only teach you proper form for each exercise at all classes but also help you with nutrition to guide you in the right direction. I love this place!
