I was in no discomfort at all and she is always asking if you are ok and how you feel. I had my first colonic with her yesterday and felt good afterwards but this morning I woke up feeling AMAZING!!!! I had one colonic before years ago and didn't feel a difference at all so never went back but not am I glad I decided to give it another try!!! I definitely recommend this service and will absolutely refer everyone I know to Effie.
