“Let's be honest, who needs travel agency these days? It's usually easier booking flights online. There are occasions where you need travel agency: discount on business class flight and last minute flights. And yeah, someone actually help you get refund when you need to change flight. I booked tickets through this place a few times (don't remember if this "Vera Yang" was the person) and it worked fine, even when I need to change/cancel flights. It's sure easier to have travel agent deal with airlines than dealing with it yourself. If you try to call UA or Continental yourself, it's the same crap and you waste a bunch of time on the phone.”
