I just left the Clear Lake LifeStorage Office. It’s my first experience renting a storage unit, and it was a real delight. Andrea and Dayna were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, informative and professional. Great team! All in all I was there just 30 minutes. They have a complimentary use of truck which I’m definitely going to need. The place was clean and well lighted up. I am impressed by the efficiency of the office ladies. ????????

This place provided exactly what I needed, and the best and most important part is there were no hidden fees or commitments during the process. I only needed a storage space for about 3 months while I sold one house and moved to another. The ad said that the first full month was free, and no long-term contract was required. It seemed too good to be true and I was skeptical. However, now that I am done with my storage unit I can say that everything was as advertised and there were no hidden contract issues, no pressure to keep the lease, etc... When I was done with the unit they canceled my contract that day and I turned in the keys and walked away. I did get the full free month so even though I only had the unit for less than 3 months, one of them was free. The hours were very convenient (late access) so that I could do work at night when the weather was cooler. I would definitely recommend this place.

Prompt service, Clean, Andrea was very helpful. Move in was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful facility with reasonable prices. Andrea was awesome! Andrea was really friendly/personable, went out of her way to make sure we got what we were looking for and was not pushy. I would recommend this storage facility.
