Physicians Premier Emergency Room - Clear Lake, TX

Had an unexpected healthcare need and headed to the nearest ER. The staff was extremely exceptional and attended to my needs promptly providing details to everything they would be doing giving results within a short period of time. The visit was with care and attention - more than I expected leaving me with a peace of mind during this difficult period. Experienced no wait and was given my tests results upon discharged! Congrats to the entire team for an exceptional job -well process in place. Highly recommend this facility!

Great experience. They were able to get me back right away. Very professional, attentive and took care of all my concerns. They made sure I felt well enough before discharging me. I want to say thank you to all the staff that took care of me today.

**UPDATE** They even called me back to make sure I was doing okay! I have never had a doctor call me to check on me. I LOVE THEM! I wish they could be my primary care!!** I came in and was seen right away by the most amazing kind people. Everything was super clean. I can't express how kind everyone was! I am so thankful this place is less than a minute away from our house! Thank y'all again for taking care of me

Super friendly. Made me feel comfortable right away. There was no waiting in long lines like you would see at most hospital emergency rooms. They listen to what I had to say, without jumping to conclusions. The doctor, nurse, technician and staff all made me feel like a member of their family. Would recommend to all of my families and friends.

Great facility! I barely had time to finish my paperwork before they called me back! Didn’t have to wait long at all. The doctors, nurses, and administration were all very informative and had great attitudes. I also found out that this is actually an emergency room, which I didn’t realize. They have more machines and are able to do a lot more than your typical emergency clinic. Of course with that comes a higher copay, but it’s well worth it. Hope I don’t have to return, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Very pleased.
