Really enjoyed the tour of NASA Mission Control Center. Our group visited this facility after finishing with a 12 mile bike ride around the NASA facility. Just missed a space walk that occured, but was great to see how things work. Very friendly staff and, excellent tour. I recommend it to anyone that can get a glimpse of this facility and experience everything it has done past, present, and future.
Awesome of course. Great view of the practice facility, which almost mirrors the main one next door. The hosts were very informative, which brought on a few questions but a lot of "ohhhhh" comments in the crowd.
Great place to visit..original mission control has been preserved and very cool to see. On the tour you get to see the international space station capsule as well along with a Titan rocket, in one of the huge hangers on the lot. It is impressive in person and very big
NASA Mission control center tour was a great learning experience on the space missions. The prototype and model modules will help us to understand the 'how the control system works'. The tram tour to Mission control center was a great experience where you can see the real time status of various satellites including international space station.
We went here as part of the tour, and got to sit behind the glass and watch future mission control personnel being trained and it was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered questions we had. It was also neat to see a few historic consoles on display.
