The Grand Hampton at Clear Lake Apartments

Highly recommend, let me start by saying the process was a breeze moving from Florida to Texas I was a bit scared but so ready for it and Taylor made sure I had a great process worked with my timing of moving helped me get what I was looking for at my price range , helped ease my mind about my move definitely deserve a 5 star rating she goes above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING TAYLOR @ the grand Hampton.

This was my first apartment and when I tell you it was an amazing experience it was! It's very quiet and I love that! Floor plans were super dope, from the stainless steel appliances, to its very own unique design! Highly highly recommend this complex! Also, Taylor is the best! Worked with her and everything was silky smooth! Thank you again for an awesome first apartment experince!!!

Let me be clear first off that I have yet to move in and this review is based off TOURING PROCESS ONLY, with that being said rating 5 stars right now because out of all the apartments I've looked at, this one was by far the best when it comes to customer service. Taylor was perfectly clear about everything my unit will have and won't have, showed me everything the complex has to offer, and was clear and to the point of every fee that I would be charged and how to apply, majorly impressed with the touring process, thank you again Taylor

Just came from this property for a tour! Wasn’t so sure about it when I pulled up however, Taylor gave me the most amazing tour ever! The units on the inside are spacious and affordable! Check them out!
