Loved Angelines Reformer class
My co-worker and I have started this work out journey. She recently came over to me and was like, "lets take a jazzercise class today!" I responded, sure.
Prior to committing to this place I had previously done research on dance fitness and some places came up but jazzercise was 14 minutes from my home. Really easy process went online purchased one class. It was explained to us over the phone come a little earlier to show you purchased the class and to fill out a form. Upon my arrival the receptionist was extremely pleasant. It felt like I had been coming for years. She introduced me to the instructor and she too was very inviting. Class is in session. It wasn't a big class so you didn't have the feeling of intimidation. We were in the back but the instructor still engaged with us. She even had us laughing! All while working out. The class went by quickly due to taking your mind away from the traditional boring work out. It was energetic yet intense cause I felt like I had just worked out. Our experience was great they do have a monthly membership that I'm definitely considering.
It is by far the best place and way to exercise.
Jazzercise exercise programs are 60-minute fitness classes incorporating cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. Jazzercise class combines moves from yoga, Pilates, jazz dance exercise, hip-hop, and kickboxing.
