My visit at Hub Auto Group was awesome!! The sales manager, Michael Bradshaw was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. When we arrived Mr. Bradshaw was there and after I informed on the typ of vehicle I wanted he was amazing in putting me on the correct vehicle. Great sales people awesome atmosphere

I called about getting a bluetooth reset in my new preowned car after Mitsubishi customer service told me I would have to visit an authorized dealer. Pita was professional on the phone from the start and was able to get me in and out in only a few minutes. She offered to help me navigate through the system once the code was reset in order to ensure my satisfaction. She took full ownership of my satisfaction.

I had to drive well out of my way to get here after Hub in Katy gave me the run around on the reset. Hub in Cypress has my business as long as I have a choice in the matter.
