(October 8, 2019, 5:48 pm)r. Yao was a very friendly and prompt doctor who made me feel very comfortable in getting my ears checked. I came in very anxious and worried to even have this examination due to I have not had an ear examination perhaps in years. However, I look forward to seeing this doctor in the near future because she made me aware of all of my medical concerns about my visit.
