(January 29, 2023, 9:46 am)I've had both my vehicles repaired at Service King and each time the customer service has been stellar! Not one time did I have to call to check on either of my vehicles. Each time I received a text or phone call on progress. All my questions were answered and they even stayed past their close time when I was running late to pick up my vehicle.

(January 4, 2023, 9:59 pm)Gotta give a shout out to Mary and John for their excellent customer service! Mary was the sweetest receptionist and even recognized me everytime I walked in. John made sure I left satisfied and even offered to help me remove my items out the rental into my personal car. I noticed I was running late so called to inform them and they assured me it was no problem and told me take my time. Once I arrived they were happily there waiting for me. Really appreciate the daily updates from Ted and Mary as well. Highly recommend!

I received my estimate within 15 minutes after I submitted it online and was able to get my car repaired 2 days later. The repair is perfect and was done in a timely manner. Thank you Service King! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else!!!
