Not only were they professional, but it was a family atmosphere as well. I felt confident that my truck was in good hands.

(July 25, 2018, 12:16 pm)Great service! OTR Fleet Service dispatched a mechanic to our hotel on a Sunday morning and fixed our belt right there in the parking lot. Their mechanic, was super friendly and gladly helped us when no one else would because it was on a Sunday or no one had the belt we needed. He found a belt and was at our location within a few hours and we were back on the road not long after!
