(February 7, 2019, 11:23 pm)The check-in process is very quick and the staff up front are welcoming! I have visited twice with my daughter and both times the nurses were sweet as can be. I mean seriously, they couldn’t be any better! I wish I remembered their names. The first visit we had a nurse practitioner who was totally awesome! I believe her last name was Gonzalez. The second visit we had a doctor who was great, but seemed condescending. It could have just been a misinterpretation, because overall it was a great visit. I trust Texas Children’s and appreciate their great service!

The girls at front desk welcomed us with a big beautiful smile and a warm welcome. We would like to send our special thanks to Dr. Kim Chau and our nurse Danya Contrerras for the the amazing service provided to us. The Doctor and Nurse were very well knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn't mind the many questions we had in regards to the new medication and plan that was given to my daughter. We are very grateful to have had received such great and special service. It makes the visit and process a lot easier and less stressful. Thank you Texas Children's Urgent Care!!!!!
