(October 17, 2018, 10:21 am)Coach Juan is amazing! The location is perfect, there is a lot of nice new equipment, the facility is cleaned daily, and the community is very friendly. I tried another box prior to this one and was disappointed with the lack of community. This box is completely different. I feel motivated and excited to workout here. This box welcomes all levels of fitness and helps you get to your goals.

(September 16, 2018, 3:21 pm)When I drove by and see the sign of CrossFit on Park Row, I decide to come in and see around then try it if I like it... I LOVE IT! There’s so much equipment to use for workout and best coach ever I met. Coach Juan helped us so much and taught us what we supposed to know about health and nutritions. CrossFit is hard but best workout and love to feel SORE.
