  Teri was great! Her work and her knowledge of their product was out standing! She is great with her customers. I will return to this location .

  The wait was quite a bit long but it was still a great visit. The staff was friendly and apologetic and did what they could to speed up the process up. The price was reasonable and I loved that they were able to accept my insurance. All in all it was a great experience.

  When I first called and found out the price I was immediately against getting my eye exam there. But the girl over the phone Marisol, we extremely kind to me. And she explained so much, and continued to be very kind to me that I decided to go in. Upon my arrival Marisol helped me get signed in and discussed everything with me. She was very very sweet, patient and caring. She made me feel welcomed and like I was more than just another appointment. She was the factor to my decision of using TSO. I then saw a young lady by the name of Doctor Lad. She was very attentive to my concerns and patient with me as well. She saw me multiple times until I was satisfied and gave me so much useful information and knowledge. For my checkups Marisol always made sure to check in on me and see that I was reminded for each and everyone of them. In the end those two young ladies gave my experience with TSO a 5 star review. I hope they are truly appreciated and others can experience the sincerely and genuine professionalism that I did.

  The doctor and staff at Texas State Optical - Northwest are exceptional! Terri was so helpful and comforting during my first eye exam and eased any worries I had with humor and kindness. Dr. Virani provided excellent patient care and service for both my husband and me. We would happily recommend this location and will be returning. Thank you!
