I was very impressed with the quick response. I am sorry, but I cannot remember the gentleman's name who came to explain the system to me. He was exceptionally thorough. He took his time and he answered any questions I had. From the time I made the call for the estimate until the completion of the installation and clean-up was three days.
Excellent communication and attention to detail. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and resolved my issue quickly. Tracy was phenomenal as well with tracking down warranty info to ensure my repairs would be covered by the manufacturer...great job and great experience all around!
Everything went very well. They scheduled and performed the installation quickly and professionally. The price was well below the guy I used for prior repairs. The A/C is working well one month after install.
The tech came and checked the system. He tested the Freon level and discovered it was only about half full. He filled it and reset the temperatures on the three thermostats. He let us know the cost before he proceeded and said we receive a discount because we are in their maintenance plan. He is always efficient and friendly. We always request him to come on our service calls.
