This place is amazing for golf and fitness training. If you are looking to get better on your fitness, tiffany and john would definitely help you to accomplish that. They definitely help me to have better mobility and get stronger for my golf swing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I have been a client of theirs since they opened in this location. They are centrally located in the Heights. The trainers are not just good people, they are world class fitness trainers. I came here to fix a mobility issue and now that that's done they have me performing on a whole other level. Nothing like having the fellas at the country club what I've been doing to add yardage! It's a one stop shop for golf fitness, instruction, and indoor practice on launch monitors! Highly recommend.

This is the perfect place for any golfer to get golf fitness training and practice indoors using a Full Swing indoor simulator. Tiffany is AWESOME. The energy she brings to training sessions is unmatched by any fitness trainer I’ve ever had – an added bonus to the knowledge she has of the game of golf and as a TPI certified trainer.
