(May 8, 2018, 9:03 am)We recently toured the center as part of our yoga teacher training program. Sunita and her staff were very welcoming to us and had tea and khichdi waiting on us. The center is an oasis of peace and calm with a beautiful courtyard, a yoga room and a number of lovely rooms for the various treatments they offer. Sunita is very knowledgeable and gave us a wealth of wonderful information about Ayurveda.

(July 26, 2017, 2:28 pm)Amazing, welcoming center! I've been going here monthly for nearly a year now and I have not been disappointed with their services or hospitality. Parking can be a hassle sometimes as it's located in an out-of-way street in the Upper Kirby area. The center itself is tiny, but the staff are incredibly warm and knowledgeable. They have always tried to accommodate my schedule, needs, and limitations to the best of their abilities. Their prices are reasonable for their services, but it can get expensive if you try to implement everything they may recommend. Regardless, I have found the center has been worth the money many times over!
