(February 6, 2019, 11:53 am)I called the store and they answered my question fast were kind and didn’t rush. They let me know that I can return my old router box to my local UPS store all I needed was my account number and that UPS would provide a free label to return. This is going to save me a lot of time! Didn’t get the guys name but thank you!
(January 22, 2019, 2:21 pm)Mariam took care of issues. I had several things to take care of and she handled everything quickly. She was professional and friendly. She was patient with my questions. She explained the features to my phone and didn't make me feel like I was asking silly questions.
(December 23, 2018, 6:18 pm)Great customer service provided by sales rep Mariam. She was very knowledgeable answered all the questions and gave us really good deals on our upgrades. I am so glad that we went to this store. If you go there ask for Mairam she is great.
