This gym is equipped with all your powerlifting needs. It also includes cardio machines and variety of training accessories. Always a great atmosphere and no hassles to sign up. Definitely recommend you go chemc out if near the area!!

Great facility. If you're a power lifter in south Houston this is pretty much "the spot". USAPL/USPA certified training centers so can't go wrong there. My only major gripe is the heat. Its aggressive and it takes a massive toll on you.

Close to a year ago, I was in search of a gym that would provide me with the tools needed to enter the powerlifting community. What I got instead was a family who never lets you down.
