Great store and fantastic customer service!! Both Chris and Jay helped us upgrade our phones. These gentlemen deserve all the kudos! :) (It's rare to see people who really enjoy their jobs) We typically avoid going into the store and we do everything online. After this experience, I believe we will ONLY go into a store from now on. Upgrading our phones was painless. Chris has us in and out of the store with new phones faster than we had imagined. Their positive and personable personalities made the visit very pleasant. Great job!
Sam was absolutely wonderful! I had a completely messed up account due to a corporate stores poor service and lack of intelligent employees, my account was 150 dollars more than what I was quoted. But thanks to the help of Samantha she fought hard for me and the other lines on my account to make sure that we were given everything we were promised and at the same time correcting all the issues and mistakes that the previous corporate store would not fix.
The other reps Jay and Aaron were supportive and helping keep thing cheerful while Sam worked diligently to fix everything.

If I could leave ten stars I would. In all my years as a Verizon customer this is the best service I have received hands down. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did not aggressively upsell me or try to push newer, more expensive models on me. He listened to my situation and immediately understood what I needed. He even gave me his phone number to follow up with any questions or anything else I needed. Chris, the manager, was also extremely helpful and informative. He and Michael even worked with me to reduce my monthly bill. If you are a Verizon customer, come here for a stress-free experience!
I had a severely damaged iPhone 11 that I needed to trade in sooner or later, I just didn't know the process as it was my first time doing it on my own. Chris greeted me, asked if I'd been helped yet, and promptly sat me down to address what I needed today. He was very respectful of my information and walked me through the whole process. He was very down-to-earth and got to know me. What also was great, I got $700 off of my new iPhone 13! It was so relieving. He presented me with each color, cases, and chargers without me having to leave my seat. I highly recommend this location, as it is very relaxed with respectful people that can walk you through any situation regarding accounts, devices, etc. Thank you all!!
