Houston Water Heaters

We had two twenty-year old water heaters replaced. The installers David and Luis arrived on time, and completed the replacements in less than three hours with no mess to the house or the yard. The installation included a new drip pan, connectors, and leak alarm. They explained all aspects of the installation and showed me where the pilot lights, temperature controls, and warranty information was located. Highly recommended!

Great job of install of my water heater by Anton. Cleaned up well, very professional job. Called back after issue with vent pipe. The vent pipe was hidden so there was no way to know for sure if it was loose or came loose during install. Houston Water Heaters sent Anton and Carlos back out to correct the problem. Great Job! Trained well.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Very professional service. My old water heater was over 20 years old and started leaking. At first it was a slow leak, then started leaking faster. I had to do something, and fast. I found Houston Water Heaters on line and gave them a call, and I was so glad I did! Very professional service. The head technician's name was Josh. He did a fantastic job. Steve Williams, the owner, gave me the best deal ever. No charge!! My daughter and I had tears in our eyes. You see, my husband, a Vietnam Vet., passed away 2 1/2 years ago, and times have been kind of rough. It's so nice to know that there are still good people in the world.
