  if a name of this place, Hot Biscuit, gave you a picture of comfort food then you know what this place is about. I usually get breakfast but most recently I got the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. (to me it's all about the gravy)

  We brought a big group in late at night after a flight issue. Service was FANTASTIC (even at midnight!) and food was so good. Definitely the highlight of our night after a long day!

  Reasonable prices
  Server was by several times
  Got refills without asking
  Ordered a chicken fried round steak with mashed potatoes and corn. It was very good and filling.
  Decor is basic and clean.

  Great American comfort food, with good buffet options. Convenient for stops before of after flights at Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston. Reasonably priced.

  We were seated quickly. We were welcome in a friendly way. The waitress took our order fast. She was helpful in my decision as to what I wanted to order. The food was prepared perfectly. The waitress returned to our table several times within good between times. I was too full for a dessert but they sure did look good on the menu. It was my first time going to this place to eat but it will NOT be my last time.

(281) 590-6770. If you know want you're getting, it is not bad at all! Don't go in expecting haute cuisine, but if you go in expecting a semi greasy spoon I wish they had real butter instead of that vegetable oil blend, but that's a small gripe. Prices were very reasonable as well. Hot Biscuit- cool name, good food!
