(November 14, 2019, 5:45 pm)The employees are wonderful. The suite we had was outstanding. We always stay there when we travel to Houston. They also have a very good breakfast. The only thing negatively we have to say is they need to update the pool and furniture. It was all very old, dingy and looked to be 20 years old. We wouldn't even sit on it.
(November 6, 2019, 5:12 pm)I flew into Houston late in the afternoon on 10-16-19 and called for shuttle to pick me up. The friendliest driver came, we had a great conversation, he was terrific!! A very nice young lady checked me in, I asked for a room on 1st if possible and she did find one for me. I also asked for a good place to eat and several people said the gumbo across the road was great which it was. I enjoyed staying here and if I need in the future I will again!!

(May 6, 2019, 12:59 pm)My heart is full, in a good way after my one night at the La Quinta at JFK, near IAH Houston. After a day of delays and finally a cancelled flight I had to book at a hotel near the airport. Unfortunately the La Quinta that i originally booked was oversold when i got there. The very nice guy at the desk Chris, immediately handled the situation and sent me to the other La Quinta nearby. There is where my night took a complete turn for the better. I was greeted with warm smiles by Andrea and Daniel. They had me calm, happy and taken care of in no time. Their good attitudes and caring efforts really ended my rough day on a good note. Kudos to La Quinta for having such WONDERFUL people.
(March 13, 2019, 11:42 am)After another hotel who claimed to be pet friendly kicked me out as soon as hey saw my 12# puppy, La Quintana was awesome enough to match their rate and get me in a room asap. The service was great, rooms big, very friendly and actually quiet despite the airport and the main road to the airport. Good breakfast and plenty of places to walk to for dinner but for safety these days I'd drive. Security guards on premises was a nice extra comfort whole walking my dog. This place has exactly what they advertise! I will be coming back here.
