(November 19, 2015, 4:20 pm)I have dealt with Batterson Truck Equipment for several years doing several van/chassis upfits. Specifically, Linda Islet, Andera Thompson, and at times even Mr. Batterson himself. The lead time on quotes, parts, and installation is always quoted quickly and accurately. The consideration and appreciation of time invested is never lacking, and never have I had any of the work completed come back with complaints from the end user. Everyone is always satisfied. I would encourage anyone in the market for any of the many products and services that BTE offers to give Linda and Andera a call. They are hands down the best and most pleasurable ladies to deal with. You are always in good hands with them and Batterson Truck Equipment.

Customization is where they shine, but the one aspect of their business that their competition can not match is their customer service and down-home Texas approach. If you are looking for a quick average quality Big Box solution for your truck go somewhere else, if you are looking for great service, options you ACTUALLY need and quality products, Batterson Truck is your best option. I STRONGLY recommend Batterson Truck.
