(January 11, 2018, 11:00 am)Second time I've been there. Second time I've been charged nothing for having my daughter's bike fixed......and I didn't even buy it from Bike Weeks!!! I think that is pretty amazing. They are old school when it comes to the art of customer service. I plan on being there Saturday to buy my daughter a REAL bike. They offer lifetime, no strings attached, service on any bike you get from them. Really beautiful way to do business. Love it.
