  We were introduced to Brenden when my dad had taken a turn in health after a hospitalization. Brenden is an amazing person who shows such compassion and care in his patients. We can not thank him enough for the guidance and support he has given to our family during this stressful time. GOD knows when we need an angel to guide us and comfort us, Brenden is that angel sent from GOD.
  Thank you and continue following the path GOD has laid for you. Though it may not have been the first path you took in your career, but it is the correct path you are chosen to follow.

  It was difficult to concede, but my Dad, now in his 80's, realized he could no longer care for my Mom with Alzheimers, who's health was declining. After spending a week in the hospital, we were informed Mom had to be moved THAT DAY! We received no notice she was ready to be moved, nor told her multiple infections were healed. I can only imagine insurance was no longer paying for her stay. So sad.
  Lori Webber with Complete Dementia Solutions, spoke with Dad soon after Mom was admitted to the hospital and he became hopeful there could be a comfortable place for Mom after her hospital stay. (Little did we know that was going to be a fire drill) We called Lori after we found the hospital was kicking Mom out. Lori stepped in and found a wonderful home for Mom to go - immediately. We visited the home and were so pleased with the people who ran the home, it's cleanliness etc.and the frightening situation was turned into a blessing - the solution provided by Lori and Complete Demential Solutions.
  Brenden, who runs CDS has an angel on his staff, (probably more than one), but Lori Webber is most assuredly one and definitely our hero!

  This company and Brenden is absolutely amazing. They are truly compassionate and advocates for you and your family when dealing with dementia patients! If you are lost in all the research and over abundance of misleading information or companies that say they can help but have different profitable agendas, this is your place to start. This company is a life savor and stop whatever you are doing and reach out to them to get the help you need. You will not regret it!

  thank you both for the great class my mother and I attended this past weekend. The information we learned will help me better assist my mother with potential clients we may have with dementia. Not only was the class amazing but your kindness and hospitality were world-class. I am now looking into furthering my knowledge of dementia. I have a passion for helping people and listening to both of your stories has opened my eyes to what my calling is. With that, I thank you all for this weekend because not only did you give me tools to help better cater to our client's needs you have pushed me to focus on what I love. Brenden, you couldn't have said it better when you said " you work out of love".

  Hi Brenden, Just a note to thank you for all the kindness and care in helping find Jon a good place. Keep up the faith and keep fighting the good fight! He's a good guy. Wouldn't you like to have a person like (Eye Candy-LOL!) that's helping you when you don't know what to do? It means so much to be able to trust someone to help out our family members. Before I found Complete Dementia Solutions I tried some other placement companies, however, they were not very helpful, didn't have the personal touch, never met the rep for the company, I just felt like a number. On the other hand when I found Complete Dementia Solutions they held my hand through the entire process because I didn't ever know where to start and they showed great care through the entire process. What amazing is that the Complete Dementia Solutions TEAM are all Certified Dementia Practitioners with a personal story about dementia in their family as well. I believe they are the only company in the United States that is laser focused ONLY in the "umbrella" of-Dementia; be it Vascular Dementia, Dementia with Lewy Bodies, Mixed Dementia, Parkinson's disease, Frontotemporal dementia, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease, Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, Huntington's disease, Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome and strokes. It means so much to know that this person and his TEAM will find the very best situation for your spouse, your mom, your dad or any other member. Brenden is this kind of person, "a good guy." I did not know that when my husband needed memory care for his dementia, that it would be so difficult to find that good place where your loved one will be cared for with love and kindness. It felt like long term care for our seniors unimportant in our society, unavoidable in our society. I took care of my husband, with his dementia, for seven years before seeking outside help. His increased confusion made it unsafe for me to continue on. I was advised to seek long-term care by his Doctor. I was referred to Brenden Shannon by a hospital Neurologist. I contacted Brenden for help with my husband. He performed a thorough Assessment in order to create a perfect plan for next steps for my husband. He looked and found a safe place for my husband with loving people who really cared for him. What a blessing for everyone! It breaks your heart when someone you love develops this disease. You watch them disappear little by little. They change from the person you know and love into a confused stranger. It breaks your heart, you or they can do nothing to change this sad path. My husband and I have a mantra, "We're doing the best we can, that's all you can ask" We know we are not perfect, but thanks to Brenden "we're doing the best we can.
  
  P.S. the picture was taken 6/17/2020, Brenden stopped by my house to help me with computer stuff, undated me on Jon's condition and to hang out with my dear friend...I gave give him flowers for his two daughters! Complete Dementia Solutions TRULY cares.
