Elegant Nails

Angela is the best, I love going to her for the dip nail polish.

It was a decent visit as a first time customer. I called prior to make an appointment like I would with any place of business. They lady who did my nails seemed kind and thorough. I believe her name was “Tristy” (hopefully I didn’t misspell her name).

I didn’t like how a male employee sat close to the lady who was doing my nails, and talked for the entire duration of my nails getting done. I personally think that’s unprofessional and unnecessary. I told myself perhaps he’s in training. However, either way it would have been nice knowing that.

I informed the lady repeatedly it was my first visit. Hoping that would help my overall experience( usually people do better when they know it’s your first visit).

Overall, It’s a decent place I would say. Anytime I get service from whomever I always expect a peaceful/clean environment, friendly staff and quality service. I feel I received that, minus the excessive talking. I may go back.

Honestly this is the best nail shop in kingwood. I’ve been to almost every shop in kingwood and porter. Lori was my nail tech and she was Gentle with my nails and she took her time. Lori also does an excellent job with shaping which a lot of nail shops struggle with. Elegant nails is my new favorite nail shop.

Walked in for my first time for a more complicated full set than i usually go for. They took me in right away and found me someone who could do it, instantly! Trixie took her time and did AMAZING on perfecting my nails and i think i just found my forever salon.
