    Small, quiet apartment complex. Friendly staff, and I never have issues with finding a parking spot close to my apartment.

    It's been a while since I rented there but my experience was fantastic!

    I only had a one bedroom but it was great! The maintenance crew was professional and quick of I needed anything.

    The laundry room was well kept.

    The landscape always looked nice.

    There is an elementary school very close by.

    We own now but if we go to renting again, my search would start here.

    Have been here for 2 years. Mary and Lana are always helpful and quick to solve a problem. They are always pleasant when I see them or call and they always know me by name and even know our 4 legged family member by name as well. I'm glad I chose Elm Creek!

    Mostly good. Luis and Natalia, the maintenance workers are very, very helpful and also genuinely wonderful people. Mary, the manager is also very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is great, the price is great, and they are school adjacent. There are many families who live there, so our daughter has made a ton of friends. What I dislike is the appliances. They could be newer and more energy efficient. I also think the apartments should install digital thermostats and ceiling fans throughout the apartment--both bedrooms and the living room. This will save residents money on their electrical bills.
