(December 12, 2018, 10:17 am)Convenient to Kingwood Town center and always plenty of parking. Short walk from anywhere in parking lot to the bus station. The only thing to improve is to light the Metro sign on the West Lake Houston entrance.

(April 19, 2018, 1:18 pm)They keep the place clean and repaired, the Qcard kiosk has been down a few times but it is fixed in less than a few days. There is plenty of parking space and it is located pretty close to a police station. I feel safe there even at night.
