The staff from the front desk, to the MA to the PA Monique were all so professional, very kind and friendly. The PA took time to listen to my concerns and evaluate my symptoms. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why I was having symptoms, and how to resolve them. She also did a thorough upper respiratory exam on both visits. Specifically Kianna, she thoroughly went over all prices, floor plans, restrictions as well as an outstanding tour of the apartments! The apartments are incredible, located in an amazingly quite part of the area. There are two working safety gates as well as an on-site officer which was definitely reassuring! “I have to admit, I was very skeptical of taking this class at first because I had in my mind going in that it was going to be 12 long hours of pure boredom and nothing positive was going to come out of this. Let me just say that my assumptions were the exact opposite of what this class teaches. Shanna (instructor) teaches this class in a positive manner and makes the class very enjoyable. I learned more than I thought I knew abt alcoholism and the affects it has on one's life, whether directly or indirectly. Her positive influence also allowed me to speak of some personal issues that I have never spoke of and that in itself made taking this class beneficial and well worth her time. I strongly recommend her class for anyone who has to take an alcohol education class in the future. You wont be disappointed.. JW”
