(May 17, 2018, 1:23 pm)For any phone issue I highly recommend you visit Julia and her team, they know their stuff. Sprint told me my phone had water in it, can't do anything, and of course the classic "you're eligible for an upgrade...", I dare 2 repare changed the battery in 20 mns, $40, all good now! I'll be taking $40 off our next Sprint bill ;)
